Vegan Thyme was founded in 2015 by a passionate vegan couple who wanted to make plant-based dining more accessible. Struggling to find good vegan restaurants, they created their own delicious recipes with the help of family. The first Vegan Thyme location opened in a small shopping center called Park Plaza, and during the COVID-19 lockdown, its popularity soared. As demand grew, we expanded to a bigger location—still in Park Plaza—where we continue to serve our amazing plant-based dishes!
